The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The set up is very homey feeling!!! The ortho consult was extremely thorough (and free!). Dr. Cyrus had a very thorough and excellent plan to help me. They also have affordable payment plans with no interest. I mean I really couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!! HIGHLY recommended!

Edited to add: The staff was also extremely accommodating. I told them I was on a time crunch, and they were timely while still very thorough. For example, they asked me to take my jewelry off (for the xray) while I waited (briefly) for the xray tech to call me back. That little detail saved us time and was sensitive to my needs of leaving on time.

Again, highly recommended!!!

I’ve waited so many years to get my braces and happier smiles has made it come true for me. The staff here is so friendly and understanding. I got my braces put on today and it was so fast and not painful I would recommend anyone who wants braces to come here.

Fantastic orthodontic practice! Doctors are first rate and genuinely make everyone feel like they are family. Staff is professional, gentle and very skilled. They helped me during an emergency appointment and fixed me up perfectly.

Where to begin? Working with this orthodontics office has been an absolute delight and I hope they’re around to serve our community for a looonnnng time to come. We have 4 kids and have used three different orthodontics offices over the years. So here are some highlights:

1. The cost of braces is very competitive with some really helpful payment options to choose from.

2. Doc Cyrus overheard me mention a complication in our family situation that would affect some of my daughter’s care. He immediately walked in with a suggestion for how to help us, added it to the plan, and did it at no cost to us. It was a small thing but something I’d never have thought of, and was done with such instant concern for my girl.

3. After my girl got her braces on, we got personal calls to check in on her comfort that we’re cordial, friendly, and not rushed in any way.

4. When we’ve had a bracket come off or a wire loose we’ve been able to get in for a fix almost immediately. Same when we had a conflict with a schedule that came up suddenly. And let’s not discuss how nice they were when I flat out forgot an appointment and had it in my head for another day.

5. The staff are unbelievably friendly and are kind to each other as well as their clients. See attached photo of a coffee that one of them made for me and another mom on a rainy day! I enjoy my time at the office and am never worried about how they’re treating my girl.

6. My daughter’s teeth have improved dramatically much more quickly than we’d ever expected. They seem keyed in on how to work with her as she grows for the biggest effect possible. For a high schooler who has been self conscious about her smile for a while this is HUGE. It makes my heart ache when she now looks in the mirror and gushes about how great her smile has started to look and how happy she is it watch it all change.

Gosh — I’m sure there’s more. But that’s all just off the top of my head. Happier Smiles is a fantastic practice and we’re so thankful to have our girl under their care. 💕 Could not recommend them more!

This place has gone against God's plan and fixed my face. Aside from feeling like I need to drop an early 2000s rap album, it's been a good experience. Best ortho office in Escondido! Highly recommend from someone born and raised in Escondido is definitely isn’t easy find a local ortho office! Best orthodontist in Escondido! My teeth have gotten more crooked over time and it was bothering me. I got Invisalign with Dr. Cyrus and it was an amazing experience. From when I entered the door Sharon was so warm and friendly!! Mariana helped with my aligners and she was fantastic. Dr. Cyrus is SO skilled at what he does. His patients are so lucky! I am grateful to be a patient here at happier smiles!!

I went in several months ago to get new retainers and left with the best set of retainers I’ve ever had. The ones I had prior weren’t properly trimmed and broke so fast. The staff there is super helpful and polite. The ambiance in the clinic was also so light and comforting, something to consider when bringing nervous kids to get work done.
