I have been in the dental field since 2006. I switched to doing just orthodontics in February 2010 with Dr. Baker at Baker Orthodontics. Then when Dr. Baker retired I stayed on with Dr. Cyrus and Dr. Neelab since September 2022. The atmosphere and patient care we provide is outstanding. The comfort and feel of family are what I love the most. In orthodontics, we have the privilege of getting to know not just the patient but the whole family. We have good laughs when the parent and/or siblings come back to the chair with the patient and share their family stories. I not only have work experience in orthodontics, I had my braces done by Dr. Baker. I can relate to what most patients are experiencing and give them first-hand advice.
I grew up in Escondido and live here now with my husband Armando and our three children, Jason, Leilani, and Jacob. My kids enjoyed coming in for their appointments. They loved seeing the train go around the office and playing in the game room. Best orthodontic office in town!

I had the privilege of working with Dr Baker for six years until he retired in 2022. I am very happy that Dr. Cyrus and Dr Neelab kindly took over the practice. I feel honored to be working with such accomplished and skilled doctors. We are a “family” here at Happier Smiles, formerly Baker Orthodontics. We work hard together to provide the best possible experience for our patients.
I have lived in San Marcos for twenty-26 years. My husband Sid and I have been blessed with five kids , two son-in-laws and a beautiful little grandchild! In my free time, I love to be outside and spend time with my family. I enjoy traveling and experiencing new and exciting things.

I started with Dr. Baker in March 2019. I learned a lot from him and I enjoyed working for him. Now I work for Dr. Cyrus and Dr. Neelab and I’ve been learning a lot from them. I enjoy working with them, it’s so much fun. Everyone in the office makes you feel like you are a part of the office family and it’s an amazing feeling.
I have 2 daughters Sophia and Amina, Sophia is currently going through treatment with Dr. Cyrus and loving every step of the way. On our free time we love to go on hikes, beaches and try new restaurants. We really like to experience different cuisines, it’s our favorite.

Hi, I’m Iszy! I joined the team earlier this year and have always been passionate about orthodontics and helping people. I enjoy making patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment, and I’m dedicated to providing the best care possible. Outside of work, I love spending time with my partner, Wyland, and my rescue dog, Nalu, whether we’re going for walks or enjoying the outdoors. I’m also a big fan of the beach and spending quality time with my family.

I have 12 years of experience in the dental field, half of which was spent specializing in pediatric care and the other half in orthodontics. I joined this wonderful team last year and have truly enjoyed being part of such a supportive environment. I’m passionate about helping patients, both young and adults feel at ease while creating confident, beautiful smiles. My goal is to make every step of their orthodontic journey comfortable and positive.

Hi, I’m Haley & I joined the Happier Smiles Orthodontics team in 2024. From day one, I’ve felt right at home here, surrounded by a supportive and caring team that feels like family. At our office, we love to have fun and make everyone’s experience as positive as possible; that is what I love the most about my job! It brings a smile to my face to see a smile on our patients’ faces! I am currently finishing up my schooling to become a Registered Dental Assistant. I’m fortunate to learn under the guidance of Dr. Cyrus and Dr. Neelab, who have been incredible teachers!
When I’m not at the office, I love spending time with my boyfriend, Dane, and our friends exploring our beautiful city. I also enjoy working at my old middle school drama department and getting to pour back into the place where I grew up! Hi, my name is Rosa. I have recently joined Happier Smiles Orthodontics and I’m proud to say I love working with the “Dream Team” because we value and treat each other like family.
I have been in the dental field for 10 years, I have worked in many specialties but fell in love with orthodontics. There is something so special about starting with my patients in the beginning of their smile journey and meeting them at the finish line, achieving the smile they have always dreamed of and seeing how much confidence they have grown into. I love the variety of people I get to meet and interact with on a daily basis and building relationships one smile at a time.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time and traveling with my two beautiful daughters and my husband. I love bringing joy into life whether it be through cooking, joking, singing, laughing and new experiences.
